Return and Refund Policy

Merci Perci is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and our obligations regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
  • All original packaging, tags, and certificates (if applicable) must be included.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry.
  • Earrings.
  • Gift cards.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at hello@merciperci.com.

Refunds are not available for sale items or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, contact us at hello@merciperci.com to arrange the exchange. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the replacement item back to them.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at hello@merciperci.com within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the item and its packaging. We will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate, covering all shipping costs.


Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us at hello@merciperci.com. Once the order has shipped, our returns policy will apply.


Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

If you are returning an item valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


How to Start a Return or Exchange
